All drone operations in Vanuatu are governed by the Civil Aviation Authority Vanuatu.
The CAAV has adopted the New Zealand Rules Part 101 for all drone operations conducted within Vanuatu airspace.
SPECTRUM enterprise drone services conducts all it's operations in compliance with CAAV Drone Rules Part 101.
Any operation that cannot be conducted under CAAV Drone Rules Part 101 will require an application for a Waiver to be submitted to the Director of Civil Aviation for consideration.
